Background: Next Tuesday, we will be looking at ways that Cary Academy's students collaborate while working on collaborative platforms.
In light of this, we will explore blogs, wikis, and other collaborative platforms for learning and teaching. This week's homework is designed to prepare you to investigate these collaborative spaces. THIS HOMEWORK SHOULD TAKE YOU NO MORE THAN 20 MINUTES.

I. THINGS TO THINK ABOUT! (Essential Questions for our homework)
1.) How are blogs, wikis, and Google docs different from each other?
2.) How have you previously used these in your own life and how could they be used in learning and teaching?

II. TASKS
A. (10 min.- Each video is roughly 3 min. long.) Watch the videos below by clicking on the images. Think about our essential questions as you watch the videos.
The first video is about Wikis. The second video is about blogs. The third video is about Google Docs.

B. (5-10 min.) Complete the Google Doc (Form). Just type into the text boxes and press submit. Everyone's information with be aggregated below the form.
